Hi! My name is Tabatha Mattingly, and I am excited to be here at NHES. This is a great school, and I am thankful to be here. More importantly I am THRILLED to be your child's teacher! We will learn and grow so much together. I look forward to partnering with you in order to give your child the best year that she or he can possibly have. I partner with Mrs. Smith, she teaches Math to both classes, and I teach Social Studies. We will each teach our own Reading, Writing, Language, and Science classes, but plan on working closely together.
About Me:
My husband, Dustin, and I are proud parents to 3 beautiful children. Briley, who just turned 13, Charley, who is 4 (excited to start school next year), and Lawson is 2. They are so much fun, and keep me very busy! I love reading, Harry Potter is my FAVORITE!!! I have been teaching for 6 years, 4 of which have been in 5th grade. This grade/age is my favorite! I truly want what's best for your child. I am also a mother, and will do everything in my power to see your child succeed, as I would want my children's teacher to do the same.
