   Free Immunizations

Family Health Care will be providing immunizations clinics at NO CHARGE to you. 
However, you will still need to bring your insurance card to your appointment.

Appointments are required and no walk-ins will be allowed.  You may schedule your appointment at either of the locations below.  A minimum of 10 appointments must be scheduled per day, otherwise the clinics will be cancelled.
