From July 16th through August 6th, the OLR Help Desk will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  You may call the help desk at 270-927-7997 or email olrhelp@hancock.kyschools.us.  You will be able to leave a voicemail message if no one answers.

If you have forgotten your IC Parent Portal password or userid and registered an email address in Infinite Campus the previous year, please use the Forgot Password? or the Forgot Userid? option before calling the help desk.

Students new to our district will need to call Carrie Wheatley to register at 270-927-7553.  Parents needing internet access can call the Hancock County Public Library Hawesville-270-927-6760 / Lewisport-270-295-3765 to reserve a computer for access; or call to make an appointment with Mrs. Wheatley for assistance.
