Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to welcome you to Hancock County Middle School!  I am very proud of our students and our dedicated staff!  Our goal is to ensure all students learn and grow each and every day

Our core values at HCMS include the following: building relationships, displaying empathy, and making a difference.  We want the students to know we care about them and their lives inside and outside of school.  We display empathy for our students.  We understand students may have many things going on outside school that we may not always know about, so we are understanding of their needs.  Thirdly, we want to make a difference in every student's life.  We strive to fill the needs of our students academically, emotionally, and socially.

 Our amazing teachers are dedicated and work hard to create an amazing learning environment for our students.  Our goal is to ensure every student grows throughout their years at HCMS.  We have been recognized for being one of the top middle schools in the state of Kentucky.  That is because we have such a great staff and awesome students.  It is an honor to be the principal at HCMS!
